The Riverby Chardonnay comes from 100% Mendoza clone and went though 100% malo-lactic, spending 12 months in oak, 25% new. It has a moderate intensity of peach and apple tart aromas with some creamy / leesy notes and a bit of a wild edge. Medium bodied and with a good backbone of high acid, this is an elegant style with a long savoury finish.
