Lamont Pinot Noir – Central Otago 2013
Lamont Pinot Noir 2010 hand harvest from our organic vineyard in Bendigo Central Otago vinified with traditional methods of open top fermenters, hand plunging, French oak and minimalist intervention. The 2010 vintage was one for the creation of powerful and concentrated Pinot Noir. The wine displays a deep rich garnet colour with aromas of crushed wild thyme and rich ripe plum. The palate offer great structure with tannin and fruit balance carefully brought together with 25% new French oak barriques. Spice with red and dense fruits round out a palate of considerable length.
