Winemaking: The grapes for this Pinot Noir (Clones 667, 777, Abel) were hand-harvested at 23 Brix and then fermented with wild yeast. Approx. 15% whole bunch fermentation. Maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels (40% new oak). This Martinborough Pinot Noir is already drinking nicely but can also be cellared for up to 10 years.
